The Edith Ellen Foundation is a training, research and development resource for people who support people with Dementia Related Illnesses and additional health needs.
Our aim is to support the development of a competent workforce, from support staff to experienced managers and from a variety of services.
By working in close collaboration with services, we aim to improve the care of people with Dementia, especially those with additional health and challenging needs through evidence based practice.
We offer Work Based Learning within Health & Social Care which not only meets but exceeds the CQC Standards and Expectations.
All our courses are designed with the non-regulated workforce in mind and offer ongoing support upon completion.
The Edith Ellen Foundation training program contains a range of courses and workshops designed to increase knowledge and develop skills whilst maintaining throughout:
